Privacy

What we collect

• The registration details you enter in the client area. Your email must be valid, since we use it for invoices and notices.
• Invoices and payments, including the Bitcoin address and transaction for each payment.
• Technical access logs for the client area (IP, date and time), used for security.
• Messages exchanged with support.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for identity documents. We may ask for additional verification only when fraud or abuse is suspected. This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics, and we do not access the content of your servers.

How we use it

To deliver and bill services, provide support, protect the network against abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your data.

Who we share it with

• Domain registrars: registering a domain requires contact details, which we send to the registrar. Where the extension allows it, we offer WHOIS privacy protection.
• Data center partners that provide the physical infrastructure, only as needed to run the servers.
• The email provider we use to communicate with you.
• Authorities, only in response to a valid legal order.

Payments

Payments go through a BTCPay server operated by Zenkoral itself, with no intermediaries. Keep in mind that Bitcoin transactions are publicly recorded on the blockchain.

How long we keep it

• Account data: for as long as the account exists.
• Invoices and payments: up to 5 years after issue, for accounting purposes.
• Client area access logs: up to 90 days.
• Data on servers: deleted when the service is terminated.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies. The client area only uses the cookies needed for login and the shopping cart.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by emailing contato@zenkoral.com. Where the law requires us to keep billing records, deletion of those records waits until the period above ends.

Changes

We may update this policy. We announce material changes by email or in the client area.
