Policies
Acceptable use
Last updated:
This policy defines what is not allowed on Zenkoral services. It applies to every service and to anyone who uses those services.
Never allowed
- Child sexual abuse material. Zero tolerance: we terminate the service immediately and report it to the competent authorities.
- Phishing, pages that impersonate other companies or people, scams and fraud.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets and command-and-control servers.
- Spam and unsolicited bulk email, or sites promoted through spam.
- Denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, scans and intrusion attempts against third-party systems without authorization.
- Unauthorized access to third-party accounts, systems or data.
- Content that promotes terrorism or violence against people.
- Selling or disclosing personal data obtained without authorization.
Resource use
- Cryptocurrency mining is not allowed on ZK VPS.
- Sustained, excessive use of CPU, disk or network that affects other customers may lead to the service being limited.
- Proxies and public-facing services must be configured to prevent abuse. Tor relays are allowed; Tor exit nodes only with prior approval.
Third-party rights
We review copyright and trademark complaints case by case, under the law that applies where the service is hosted.
How to report
Send reports to abuse@zenkoral.com, with the URLs or IPs involved, date and time, and any evidence you have. We review every report we receive.
How we handle violations
In most cases, we notify the customer and give them time to fix the problem. In serious cases (child abuse, phishing, malware or an ongoing attack), or when the use puts the network at risk, we suspend the service immediately and notify afterwards. Repeated violations lead to termination without refund.
Requests from authorities
We only disclose customer data in response to a valid legal order. We do not act on informal requests.
