Where are the servers?
ZK Networks locations are listed on each plan. Services are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
How can I pay?
The confirmed payment method is Bitcoin. Ordering and payment take place in the client portal.
What does the AUP allow?
We prohibit phishing, malware, spam, attacks, unauthorized access and child abuse, among others. The full list is in the acceptable use policy; reports go to abuse@zenkoral.com.
Where do prices come from?
Displayed prices come from the portal catalog. Confirm availability, billing cycle and final price before ordering.
